Full design and installation for a Cameron 200 MMSCFD NGLMax plant. Engineering, design, project management, construction management and start-up and commissioning support. Installed approx. 16,675 residue compression horsepower (HP). Responsible for the complete Balance of Plant (BOP) design, equipment specifications, procurement, and installation. Included field engineering, field construction management, and field materials coordinator. Project was stared up on time and well under budget. 1300gpm amine Relocated from Louisiana to Ramsey. Block mounted plant. Project included removal of the equipment from the Judge Digby Plant site in Livonia, LA, refurbishment or replacement of purchased equipment, and re-installation of the equipment at the Ramsey Gas Plant in Orla, TX. Engineering design, construction management, procurement, field engineering and start-up and commissioning support. Included engineering design of new thermal oxidizer for CO2 vent. This installation was done around operating equipment which required tie-ins into existing systems which required good field walk-downs and verification of equipment and piping specifications.
Guernsey County, OH - Kahuna was responsible for the engineering and drafting work.The Borton station has a design capacity of 50 MMscfd of gas processing and 5,000 bpd of condensate stabilization from Utica shale wells. Borton also has a 5,000 bpd dedicated condensate line feeding the stabilizers and a 5,000 bpd dedicated water line from the well pads. Borton has approximately 6,000 bhp of installed inlet compression, 250 bhp of flash gas compression, and 15,000 bbl of field-fabricated, stabilized condensate storage tanks. The complete Borton build-out will also include 10,000 bpd of condensate load-in from trucks, an additional 10,000 bpd of condensate stabilization, and 900 bhp of condensate. pipeline pumps.
Proctor, WV - Natrium Frac II is an 80,000 BPD Ethane Feed and 35,000 BPD C3+ NGL Feed Fractionation System. The Natrium Fractionation Plant II is divided into 8 unique Areas of Work; NGL Inlet, Deethanizer System, Refrigeration System, Depropanizer System, Debutanizer System, Hot Oil System, Ancillary & Utility, and Existing System Tie-Ins.
Payne County, OK - Is a 75 MMSCFD Cameron cryogenic processing plant, 40 GPM Amine plant, 2,000 BPD stabilizer, 60 MMSCFD Nitrogen Rejection Unit (NRU), Residue and NRU Compression, and Balance Of Plant (BOP) equipment.
Payne County, OK - Engineering design for a field compressor station including 7,260 HP of field compression, dehydration system, inlet slug catcher, J-T fuel conditioning skid, condensate and water storage, truck loading facilities, and station flare.
Loving County, TX - Kahuna was responsible for the engineering and drafting work. The Conan has a design capacity of 75 MMscfd and approximately 10,000 bhp of installed inlet compression. Liquids are handled in a horizontal heated separator and trucked off-site.
The Titan Hub Project is a mechanical refrigeration plant designed for dew point control of gas. It is a 100 MMScfd refrigeration plant.
